Important Limited Warranty Information

        This device and the accessories provided are covered for defects in materials and workmanship by the following limited warranty. Coastal data Access, L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as “CDA”), will repair or replace, at no cost, the defective device or components for a period of one year (under the “BASIC” Plan) or for as long as the Service Contract is continued (under the “Standard” or “Premium” Plans). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or subscriber and is not transferable due to the specific features customized for the end user. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or neglect. The hardware and programming must not be altered in any way without permission from CDA.

        This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


        PLEASE BE AWARE: CDA, its employees, members, owners, subcontractors or consultants have no liability or responsibility to the owner, customer or other person or entity directly or indirectly involved with the device, its components or service for any damage, loss or injury which can or may directly, indirectly or incidentally occur due to the use, actions or performance of this product. This includes but is not limited to personal injury or loss of information, data, clients, patients, income, monies or property.


        PLEASE BE AWARE: No electronic device, telephone or paging system or unit can be expected to perform without the possibility of some chance or error or loss. A backup system for emergencies must always be maintained, for example, by critical health care personnel so that in the event of a failure of any device, system or service, medical services and patient care are not jeopardized.


Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you
